Sister

By Rosamund Lupton

An excellent murder mystery, which I usually don't read. I don't like to tell too much about this genre because the suspense is usually what makes it such a page-turner. Lupton uses time in a fascinating way, moving back and forth from present to past with such fluidity that it is sometimes hard to tell where/when you are. Yet, amazingly, this doesn't interfere with the story. It actually adds to the confusion and desperation of Beatrice's search for her sister's killer and makes it even more thrilling.
