What Alice Forgot, Three Wishes, and The Last Anniversary

The trifecta of reading pleasure for the year! (2011) All three are set in Australia and all three have smart, strong, wonderful, hilarious, vibrant women at their center. They all deal with marriage, siblings, family, children, friendship. They all made me laugh heartily out loud. I am tempted to describe more but could get carried away as I enjoyed them all so much. All I will say is that if you choose any books from this list, make it these three as you will definitely enjoy them all. Like The Secret River, I give these my highest recommendation. It was a very Aussie year for me!
